Returns

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to state / provincial health code regulations, we cannot accept returns and / or exchanges on any new or used brush once an order has been shipped. Therefore, please take the time to verify that your order is correct prior to confirming.  If an error has been made please contact us within 12 hours of your order.

If you have received the wrong item(s) in your shipment due to RAINCRY's error, we will gladly exchange the brush for the correct item. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you suspect a defective item, please contact returns@RAINCRY.com with your order number and a picture. All returns must be approved and assigned a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to returning otherwise they will not be accepted through our warehouse facility.


Warranty

Yes. We offer a Warranty of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase against defects caused only by faulty material or workmanship. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee results. That will be placed upon your skill level and how fabulous you want to look. Nor can we guarantee against any damages caused by improper handling.

For an extended warranty, please register your brush here within the first 15 days of purchase.
